Small snowflakes quietly filled the air and fell softly....
The snow continued to fall and our neighborhood was coated with layers of marshmallow swirls and tufts of white.
The county cleared the parking lots and our wonderful building service staff worked hard to clear the sidewalks all around the building. But there was so much snow that the county sent out a plea for communities to help.
Without hesitation, our Highland View families arrived with their children and began clearing paths...
They made it safe for everyone to enter and leave our school.
Students lent a helping hand.
The Highland View faculty, staff, students, and community thank all of the volunteers for all of your efforts in keeping us safe after the Blizzard of February, 2010.
