• 2025-2026 School Year Vaccination Requirements
  As we prepare for the new school year, please review the vaccination requirements for students returning in Fall 2025. All required immunizations must be submitted and on file before the first day of school. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Open Source Phonics

MCPS has partnered with Open Source Phonics to provide access to resources for families.  Open Source Phonics provides 120 lessons that go step-by-step through phonics patterns, spelling rules, and decodable stories that students can use to practice skills and increase fluency. This practice is designed to be stress-free, as students build on what they know rather than guessing. There are also activities to promote phonemic awareness.
