Dear Fairland Elementary School Community, 

 

I am thrilled to announce that Ms. Saanura James has been appointed as the new principal of Fairland Elementary School. Ms. James has had a highly distinguished career as a teacher, teacher trainer, assistant principal, and most recently as a principal intern. Throughout her career, she has made a tremendously positive impact on the schools in which she has served, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues, students, and families alike. 

 

Ms. James is exceptionally committed to building on the historic traditions and strong culture of Fairland Elementary School. She is dedicated to ensuring that every student fulfills their potential, that staff are supported and empowered, and that the community remains an integral part of the next chapter in Fairland’s amazing history. 

 

I also want to extend my gratitude to the staff and community members who participated in the principal selection process. Ms. James will be working closely with stakeholders to organize meet-and-greet sessions, providing opportunities for staff, parents, and community members to connect with her and share their ideas and aspirations for the school’s future.

 

 Ms. James will lead Fairland Elementary School with integrity, vision, and care. Please join me in giving her a warm welcome as she embarks on this exciting new chapter with the Fairland Elementary School community.
