Fairland Elementary School

Fairland Elementary School is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle to our students and teaching our
students how to make healthy choices in their lives. During the week of October 25-October 29, students,
teachers, and staff will be participating in Red Ribbon Week with several activities scheduled. One favorite
activity is our Spirit Day in which each day is assigned a theme. Monday, October 25, kicks off our week
with "Wearing Red Day". Please see our schedule for the rest of the Spirit Days.
● Monday 25th: Students wear red to school for the 1st day of Red Ribbon Week to show their
pride!
● Tuesday 26th: “Sock It to Bad Choices” students wear their crazy mismatched socks!
● Wednesday 27th: “Be Responsible for Your Body Don’t Let Bad Choices Sneak Up on You”
students wear sneakers!
● Thursday 28th: “Living A Healthy Life is NO SWEAT” students wear their sweats to school!
● Friday 29th: “Team Up Against Bad Choices” students wear their favorite team or Fairland shirt!
