Mission 

As the Staff Development Teacher, I assist staff in acquiring new skills and knowledge, support individual and team planning, provide resources to help staff reach desired goals, guide the school in assessing effectiveness of instructional practices, and design and implement processes to create productive and collaborative interactions in order to increase student achievement, and I do it all with a smile.
