Clarksburg Elementary School

Dear Clarksburg Cluster Families: 

We invite you to join us on October 13, 2023 for Clarksburg Cluster Night at Coyote Canyon! Clarksburg will play against Damascus so it will be an exciting game for all of our families! The Clarksburg Sports Association will also be there to enjoy the night with us! 

This Night has been a few years in the making and we hope we can have great representation from our fellow Clarksburg Cluster Schools. Families can arrive starting at 5:30pm and PTAs can set up their tables around Coyote Canyon during this time as well. 

We will line up for our parade at around 6:00pm or so, following the direction and guide of Mr Ed Dalton, CHS's Athletic Director. 

Please ensure we do adhere to MCPS guidelines for games for other school-aged spectators): 

• All other school-aged spectators must be accompanied by an adult chaperone - this includes all elementary and middle school students and high school students from other schools - adult chaperones must stay and supervise students for the duration of their stay at the game.
• There is no re-entry to events. Spectators will not be admitted after halftime (halftime of the second game of a doubleheader). Parents of participating student-athletes may be admitted after halftime. 

Additionally, please note that the game's spectator guidelines are also subject to any changes imposed by MCPS and we must adhere to it. 

We look forward to seeing you all there on October 13, 2023! Please do sign-up under your respective cluster schools and submit your individual student's name in the comment box. As we are working with our young student population, the registration and comment information is hidden from public view and will only be shared within the organizing committee.
