School & Community News…

Scholastic Book Fair - The Scholastic Book Fair will be open Monday, December 11th  through Thursday, December 14th, during the school day and Friday, December 15th until 11:30. The book fair will also be open on Tuesday, December 12th, after school until 6:00 p.m. for families to shop.  Please visit our book fair website, for more information.  Directions for setting up an e-wallet can be found on the website.  We will need volunteers to help the book fair run smoothly.  If you are able to volunteer, the link can be found on our scholastic website and here: Volunteer Sign-Up Link

Need A Toy? If you wish for your child to receive a gift, please fill out and submit the form linked here, no later than December 14, 2023. The Burtonsville Community is working with neighbors to collect toys this holiday season for children in need. The event is proudly sponsored by Colesville Dentistry and Squisito Pizza and Pasta. Squisito is also offering a complimentary slice of pizza and soft drinks to donors.

Transportation:

Saturday School - Registration  - The George B. Thomas Learning Academy Saturday School at Paint Branch is up and running. Families can register students for tutoring support or enrichment guidance online at https://saturdayschool.org/ or in person during any Saturday session.
