Our Mission Statement

Carl Sandburg is a community of educators and families, committed to presenting learning situations to its children that stimulate and reinforce development growth and enhance student’s sense of worth. Our mission is to meet each student’s individual needs by teaching the academic, social, and behavioral skills that will allow them to live satisfying and productive lives in the real world – working, socializing and participating in the community to the fullest extent possible.
