You can access the Mango Languages foreign language program--for free--through the Montgomery County Public Library system. There are 22 foreign languages offered, including Mandarin Chinese. Go to the Montgomery County Public Library web page and sign up with your library card for free remote access.

Language Immersion Coalition
Language Immersion Coalition of Montgomery County, MD represents parents, students, educators, alumni, and community supporters of our public school language immersion programs, which begin in kindergarten. The Language Immersion Coalition works to sustain, enhance, and expand elementary school language immersion education in Montgomery County, Maryland public schools. Montgomery County Public Schools introduced the U.S.'s first full-day French language immersion program in 1974, and has been a leader in elementary school language immersion ever since. Elementary and middle school programs are available in the school district for Spanish, French, and Chinese language in both full and partial day formats, and advance level classes are available in high schools. The demand for language immersion in Montgomery County, Maryland far outstrips the available spaces in our immersion programs. Please join us in our work to improve and expand language immersion offerings in the Montgomery County Public Schools.
