Mr. Tim O'Connor, Acting Deputy Undersecretary of the Food, Nutrition and Consumer Services Division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, presented the "Healthier U.S. School Challenge Award" to the NHE Food Service Team (Ms. Arriaza-manager, Ms. Beng, Ms. Blanco, Ms. Lo) on Friday, March 6, 2009. Also in attendance was Ms. Shirley Brandman, President of the Montgomery County Board of Education, and Ms. Valerie Ervin, member of Montgomery County Council. Congratulations to Ms. Arriaza and her team for doing such a great job!
