Arronza M. LaBatt , Assistant Principal

Mrs. LaBatt      I come to Little Bennett with over 20 years experience in education at both the elementary and secondary level.

During my 12 years as an educator in Louisiana I taught elementary and high school as well as served as the Environmental and Architectural Design Magnet Coordinator for East Baton Rouge Parish Schools.

I began my career in Montgomery County Public Schools over ten years ago and have been a classroom teacher, staff development content specialist in the Office of Organizational Development and coordinator of special initiatives for Jody Leleck in the Office of the Chief Academic Officer.

During my career as an educator, I have served on local and state science curriculum development committees and national training panels. I bring to Little Bennett the knowledge and skills gained while supporting schools, M-Stats, and other project teams with data analysis and the identification of best instructional practices to support all students.

My vision is that all students are taught in safe, rich, and challenging learning environments by teachers with high expectations for all students.

I have earned my degrees and certification from the following: Bachelor of Science in chemistry, pre-med, Xavier University of Louisiana; Teacher Certification, Southern University and A&M College; and Masters in Educational Leadership and certification in Administration and Supervision, Hood College.

I am a wife and mother of three daughters.
