For Families New to the Little Bennett Community

Per Residency Compliance Services, if a family provides a ratified Contract of Sale that is scheduled for settlement within 60 days, they must contact the Residency Compliance Service office at 301-315-7324 to schedule an appointment. Once the documents have been reviewed and the necessary requirements satisfied, a waiver will be issued. The waiver and the Contract of Sale will need to taken to the home school for enrollment. 3/21/07
