Weekly Update - February 26, 2017
Good Evening Drew Families,
This is Mrs. Means-Harris with a few weekly reminders. I want to thank the staff, students and parents for a warm welcome back. We also want to thank the 5th grade parents who came out for the family life meeting. This past Friday, students were treated to a wonderful performance by the Blake HS Children’s Theater.
This Tuesday 2/28 is our PBIS Lunch Bunch. We look forward to honoring our students and parents.
Our 5th grade yearbook committee is currently designing the yearbook for graduating students and requests that all 5th grade students that wish to purchase one, submit their payments as soon as possible. The deadline is this Friday, March 3. Please make checks payable to Drew PTA.
Our hardworking PTA needs your help! Please share your culture at the International Night and Talent Show on March 10. Donate items to the Silent Auction on March 10, and volunteer for the March Madness Fam Jam on March 11! Contact Benito San Miguel at presidentdrewpta@gmail.com to pitch in!
Believe it or not, registration for kindergarten orientation is beginning. Students who will be 5 years old before Sept. 1st are eligible to register. Orientation is May 12th . Please contact the main office if you have any questions.
