  • Parent Academy Workshop Monday, February 22 at Banneker

    Benjamin Banneker MS will be holding a Parent Academy workshop on Monday, February 22.  The workshop title is “Recognizing and Reacting Responsibly to Child Abuse and Neglect”. The workshop will be held in the Media Center from 7:00 pm-8:30 pm.  The workshop is free for parents, and child care (age four and up) and interpretation services are provided.  Open the news item for more information and a printable flier.

    Third graders have done research on a problem in our world, and made multimedia presentations to tell people what they can do.  Ms. Ballard's class has information about Internet Safety, Ms. Renfrew's class has information about exercise, Ms. Straub's class can tell you about recycling, Ms. Burn's class has important information on smoking, and Ms. Gobourne's class has information on bullying.  Take a look at their work!  Use the links on the names here, or go to the Media page.Fifth graders have also made multimedia presentations to show their understanding of Science vocabulary.
