Ms. Sanchez, our Registrar, must receive a completed Authorization for Release of Records before any records are released.
Alumni / Former Students
Transcripts for former students may be requested by completing and submitting the Alumni Transcript Request form. Bring the completed form with a stamped and addressed envelope to the Registrar. Please email Ms. Sanchez to confirm the requirement for a stamped and addressed envelope.
