• 1 box crayons or colored pencils (24 recommended)
• Pencils/erasers
• 3-ring pencil holder that fits into binder
• Scissors
• Glue sticks
• Hand-held pencil sharpener
• Dividers (2 packs of 5)
• 2 spiral notebooks 

Meet the 5th Grade Teachers  

 Ms. Batwinis -I grew up in Montgomery County and graduated from Walter Johnson High School in 2007. I went on to the University of Delaware and graduated in 2011 with a degree in Elementary and Special Education, as well as a concentration in Middle School Math. I have a masters degree in Educational Technology from Loyola University. I love to travel, watch the Washington Nationals and spend time with friends and family. Anything with coffee or peanut butter is always a favorite! This will be my eleventh year teaching 5th grade, and have been at Sequoyah my whole career – I love it here! I am looking forward to the year ahead!
