2.  Volunteer to help at a PTA-sponsored event
Be on the look-out for volunteer opportunities for upcoming events.
Sign-ups are sent via email and are also available on our website. By        becoming an active volunteer, you help ensure your student enjoys            variety of fun activities throughout the year.

3.  Become a committee chair (scroll down for           opportunities)

Take the lead in planning a one-time or reoccurring event (don't worry        the board and previous chairs are available to support you!)

You will have the benefit of:

  • Having access to the online student directory
  • Voting at our bi-monthly General Meetings on matters including the budget, installing new board members.

  • Modeling for your child that education is a crucial investment. By attending events and prioritizing school, you demonstrate its importance. Our kids learn by seeing you lead by example!
  • Building community. Have you ever heard the saying "It takes a village"?  Find your village by connecting with other parents who are equally invested in their child's education. You may even meet a neighbor you never knew about!
