For Families New to the LB Community
Per Residency Compliance Services, if a family provides a ratified contract of sale that is scheduled for settlement within 60 days, they must contact the Residency Compliance Service Office at (301) 230-0686 to schedule an appointment. Once the documents have been reviewed and necessary requirements satisfied, a waiver will be issued. The waiver and contract of sale will need to be taken to the home school for enrollment.
