The process for becoming an Outdoor Education chaperone can be found in this document.  It's best to start the process as soon as possible!

 

How do I pay for Outdoor Education?

Outdoor Education is $97 per child. This fee includes a $76 site fee and an additional $21 for educational presentations and activities.  This charge covers the expense of renting the site, transportation, three meals per day plus evening snacks, access to a nurse, and securing reimbursement insurance. 

You may pay cash (exact amount required), by check to Hallie Wells Middle School, or online through School Cash Online 

If you need financial assistance, please attach a note to the permission slip indicating the amount you are able to pay. No other documentation is required. All of this information is confidential. No child will be denied the opportunity to participate in Outdoor Education because of financial difficulties
