Carderock Springs ES - Obstgarten Homework

Homework Policy

Students will be using their Carderock Springs “Student Assignment” books every day to write down their assignments and their due dates. Everything that will be posted here should be written down by the students before packing up at the end of the day. I encourage parents/guardians to check this book over with their children every night to help them keep organized.

I fully expect every assignment to be completed to the best of each student’s ability. If a student needs help, he or she is more than welcome to come see during their recess period. I am always available for extra help.

Missed Homework #1: Warning
Missed Homework #2: Warning
Missed Homework #3: Letter home
Missed Homework #6: Parent/Teacher conference
Missed Homework #11: Let’s hope it doesn’t get this far

Revision/re-assessment Policy

Students have one week to revise assignments or retake an assessment from the day the assignment is returned. So, if a student hands in an assignment on Friday and has it returned with feedback on Monday, they have until the following Monday to resubmit it.
