Dr. Kelly
I am the principal at Westover. This will be my 18th year as a principal. I graduated from the Catholic University of America with degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Curriculum & Instruction. During summer vacation, I went to the seashore at Avalon, New Jersey. My favorite part of my trip was watching sunrises on the beach. During my free time, I enjoy gardening.
