Counselor

I am the school counselor at Westover Elementary School. This will be my third year as a school counselor in Maryland. I was previously a counselor/teacher in Colorado for fourteen years. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. I really enjoy school counseling because I feel so rewarded when I can help students to make positive changes in themselves, both academically and socially. During my free time, I enjoy skiing, hiking, watching my children’s sports activities and showing my horse. This summer I read a really good book entitled: Purplicious by Victoria Kann.
