The Springbrook Instrumental Music Boosters is a parent organization dedicated to supporting the Springbrook instrumental music program. We work closely with the music director, Mr. Jones, and lend our assistance by raising funds for the program, helping with communications about instrumental music activities, and with other clerical tasks as needed.   The more parents that are involved, the stronger the program will be!  Here are some ways you can get involved:

    1. Participate in the instrumental music booster club.  Monthly meetings are generally held the second Wednesday of the month, at 7:30 PM in the instrumental music room.  We can use any of your skills and talents!  Especially consider volunteering with Swing Into Spring, our biggest fundraiser of the year.  Click here for committee volunteer form.

    2.  Attend as many concerts and other performances as possible.

    3.  Encourage private practice, listen, praise and constructively critique.

    4.  Contact the director if you are concerned with any aspect of your child's progress.

    5.  Ensure that repairs to instruments are made promptly.

    6. Make every effort to plan family activities around our calendar dates.

    7.  Provide for private music instruction on your child's instrument if at all possible.  Contact Mr. Jones for a list of private teachers.
