Academy Programs
John F. Kennedy High School is an International Baccalaureate World School that delivers academic excellence through a variety of high-quality educational programs. The Academies are smaller learning communities that are designed to help students prepare for higher education and explore possible career pathways and allow students to focus on community, diversity, and hands-on learning. In addition to our two Application-based programs (IB and LTI), we offer 5 academy programs to all Kennedy Students: Broadcast Journalism & Communication, Business Administration & Management, Healthcare Professions, NJROTC, and Teacher Academy of Maryland, in addition to a robust internship program.
