Meet the Reading Specialist
Mrs. Brooking
I am excited to be the Reading Specialist at Sequoyah ES. I previously taught kindergarten and third grades in MCPS. I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, I received my Masters in Education, with a specialization in Reading, from Johns Hopkins University, and I became a National Board Certified teacher. I also attended K-12th grade in MCPS! I live in Olney with my husband and two children. I love traveling, going to the beach, sports, and spending time with my family and friends!
