Typically, the summer is a time of transition when the President and Treasurer can transfer information and responsibilities in a managed process. However, the RM Cluster Representatives are calling two special meetings in July to give testimony about the new regional IB programs. In brief, at our last PTSA meeting, the consensus was to advocate for a well-planned transition if any new IB programs were added to other regions of the County. We do not oppose adding additional programs as long as they are planned and managed to be high-quality programs from the start. Look out for information about how you can help advocate on behalf of RM.

Our PTSA uses the majority of our membership dues for school grants, teacher appreciation events, and community activities. Our membership drive is our main fundraiser. Please contribute as much as you are able. Parents, Students, Teachers, Staff, Community Members, and Alumni can now easily join the PTSA by filling out the form and paying online at www.rmhs/PTBoard.com. The student directory will also be available to members through this website. If you are asked for a code, it is AGNXFQ

If you would like to pay for a membership or make a donation by check, please print and complete the form linked in the right column and return it to the Main Office.

The RM PTSA works to promote collaboration between families and educators throughout the school year, such as volunteering at the school and participating in Career Day. Our biggest effort is sponsoring a Post Prom Party each year. Our PTSA also advocates for fiscal responsibility regarding public tax dollars in public education spending on the county, state and federal levels.
