Athletics and Intramurals
The middle school athletic program consists of seven teams per school competing in four sports (Boys and Girls Softball, Co-Ed Cross Country, Boys and Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Soccer) for students in seventh and eighth grade. Our intramural program is open to all students.

EBB Spring Course Description
Excel Beyond the Bell is a community partnership between Montgomery County Collaboration Council, Montgomery County Recreation Department and MCPS to bring quality, enriching and safe after school programs to our youth. NEW TWO SESSION SCHEDULE COMING THIS FALL: To give our students more time to explore and to align better with the school calendar, we have gone from a three session schedule to a longer two session schedule starting this Fall: Session 1: September 26th - January 12, 2017 Session 2: February 6, 2018- May 18, 2018. The program will continue to run Monday – Thursday, ending at 5:30 pm.

ECA Fee
The Activity Busses are available to those student who are participating in an adult supervised program on Tues, Wed, or Thurs.
Beginning September 6th, students (in-consortium) who are participating in school sponsored after school activities will be able to ride the 4:30 PM activity bus.
Students who participate in an school sponsored activity including athletics and intramurals will have to register in advance for the EBB program in order to take the 5:30 activity bus. To register, please click here.

ECA FEE for School Sponsored Activities and Athletics & Intramurals
The ECA fee, otherwise known as the activity fee, supports adult-supervised, extracurricular activities, such as sports and clubs, for middle and high school students. Students pay the fee are entitled to participate in one or more programs during the year.
