Harmony Hills Elementary School offers an extended learning opportunity during the month of July for students in grades K-5.  in the summer. Classes are held in the morning in reading and math. The ELO program is open to all Harmony Hills' students. ELO academic goal is to give all students a preview for the first unit of studies they will see in September. The program is funded by Title I and is free to all students. Breakfast and lunch are served. Bus transportation is provided.

Class sizes are small so that students can have the opportunity to receive the needed attention. Often, students attending ELO will have the same teacher in September. Many middle school students and community volunteers assist in the the classrooms. All students in the school are encouraged to register and attend every day of ELO.
