The Maryland State General Assembly Page Program is now accepting applications for the 2018-19 school year. Students will have the opportunity to participate as Pages for the Md. State Assembly. The program is designed to: interest students in state government, foster leadership, and provide a vital service to the legislature. Each Page will serve in either the State House of Delegates or State Senate assisting members.
Deadline: October 26, 2018. Please see Mrs. Lehman in the Career Center for more information and a application.

VisArts in Rockville Town Square is looking for volunteers for daytime, evening and weekend shifts during Gallery Hours and for Special Events. Gallery Volunteers receive training and earn tuition credit toward taking art classes at VisArts, or High School Students may earn volunteer service SSL approved hours. Hey, Titans! Ready to get your learning permit?
AEHS is offering our first of three opportunities of the year to take the written portion of the test after school on Thursday, November 15th at 3:00pm. You must be at least 15 years and 9 months old on the day of the test to be eligible. The test can be given in English or Spanish.
There is no cost to take the written portion of the test and you will know THAT DAY if you passed the test.
Pick up a Driver's Manual and permission slip from Ms. King in room 113 on Main Street.
There are only 60 spots available to take the test - don't delay in picking up your permission slip! Permission slips are due no later than November 7th, but the sooner, the better!
Hey Seniors! Do you still have the Cap and Gown order form that we got at the Senior Assembly? Well, turn it in, you silly goose! Those forms are due to Varner in room 216 IMMEDIATELY. If you didn't get one, see Varner TODAY!
Seniors! Fundraising orders for Claire's Gourmet are due to Varner on MONDAY, 10/29! This fundraiser is a really easy way to earn money for our class, as well as money you can use for Prom tickets or Senior Dues. See Varner in room 216 during lunch or after school if you have any questions.
You are invited to attend the Fall College Fair on Thursday, November 8th at the Activity Center at Bohrer Park, Gaithersburg, Maryland between 10:00 am - 1:00pm., Periods 3, 4 and 5. Free transportation and admission to all students Over 40 Colleges will be attending the College Fair. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet college reps and have your questions answered. If you want to attend the Fair, please pick up and return permission slips to Mrs. Lehman in the Career Center, room 114.
