All Juniors: please check the rotunda, Media Center, or Room 220 for your ID number to see if you qualify for the National Honor Society. If your ID number is on the list, and you would like to apply for NHS please pick up a candidate form from the Media Center or Room 220. See Ms. Ward or Mrs. Luther with any questions.

Prom Tickets: Tickets to the Masquerade Ball will be on sale April 25th through May 14th. On April 25, 26 and 29th students may purchase tickets before or after school from Ms. Djouha or during lunch from Mrs. Callis, otherwise tickets will be sold ONLY during lunch April 30-May 14th by the auditorium. Tickets are $55 each. Students and guests must be obligation-free before purchasing tickets. Any non-DHS student attending prom MUST be pre-approved prior to ticket purchases. Guest approval forms can be found in the main office or security desk. In order for the form to be approved by DHS, a copy of the guest’s photo ID or driver’s license must be attached to the request form. Any questions, please see Mrs. Callis or Ms. Djouha.

The DHS Music Boosters Matt Kuhn Music Scholarship is now accepting applications! Each year the Music Boosters awards up to four $500 scholarships. The selection committee will evaluate applications primarily based on the student's dedication to music as well as participation in the DHS instrumental and or choral music programs. Applications must be received by today at 2:30pm. Applications can be turned in to either Ms. Goldsmith or Mr. Doherty.

The DHS Athletic Booster Scholarship is now accepting applications!
Each year, the DHS Athletic Booster Club Athletic Scholarship recognizes two (2) graduating seniors (one male and one female), that will be attending college and exemplify the true essence of being a “student-athlete”. The student-athletes must show that they have demonstrated a balance of academics, student life and outstanding athletic performance in a varsity sport.
Each winner is awarded a $1,000 scholarship.
Applications are available in the college and career center, or you may email to request an application. Applications must be received by April 17th and will be awarded at the Senior Awards Night on May 2nd.

Damascus High School Campus Clean-Up Day - SSL Hours Opportunity!
Help us improve DHS' grounds - our spring clean-up day is Sat April 27th (raindate Sun April 28th) 12:30 pm- 4 pm. We will be pruning, weeding, trimming and collecting trash around the DHS campus. Wear outdoor work clothes/shoes and bring work gloves, water bottle and any landscaping tools you may have. (There is no bathroom access at school.) Meet us in the student parking lot (north side of the school; corner of Ridge/Bethesda Church Road). Signed SSL forms will be distributed at the end of the event.
