    Box Tops for Education

    Did you know that last year, College Gardens raised more than $1,000.00 by simply collecting Box Tops?  Did you know that every Box Top is worth 10 cents to our school?  If every child brings in 20 Box Tops this year, we could raise over $1500.00. 

    Collecting Box Tops is easy and fun.  Many of the products we use today participate in the Box Top for Education program.  Box Tops can be found on products that you normally buy.  Brands such as Betty Crocker, Bisquick, Nestle, General Mills, Green Giant, Old El Paso, Progresso, Pillsbury, Land o Lakes, Yoplait, Nature Valley, Hanes, Avery Office Products, Boise Office Products, Ziploc, Kleenex, Scott Tissues, Viva Paper Towels, Hefty and so many more.  Check your pantry today and you’ll probably find at least 10 products with Box Tops.  Simply cut them out (the small rectangular part, and not the entire box panel), check the expiration dates, and send them to school in a baggie or envelope.  We will be collecting Box Tops all year.

     

     

    Box Tops Collection Promotion

     

    Between now and October 15, 2012, every completed Box Top collection sheet completed by your child earns them a prize!!  Collection sheets can be found at http://www.boxtops4education.com/Image.aspx?id=6663 

    Tape or glue the Box Tops onto the sheets. Completed collection sheets should be sent to school before October 15, 2012.  Only completed sheets with unexpired Box Tops will qualify for prizes.  Each completed sheet earns a prize!!!  The class that turns in the most Box Tops gets a POPSICLE PARTY!!! 

     

     

    Earn eBoxTops for Our School

     

    You can even start collecting Box Tops electronically by signing up online to support our school. Register at www.btfe.com.  Once you are registered, there are additional ways you can earn Box Tops and receive coupons for products that support the Box Tops for Education program. Just make sure you designate College Gardens Elementary School as the school you would like to support.

    Finally, a quick thank you to those who have submitted Box Tops already this school year.  To date, we have already earned over $500.00.  (Our goal this year is to raise $2000.00 through this program.) THANK YOU.
