The new Edison building also features the Junior Achievement Finance Park, a financial literacy program that will be offered to all Grade 7 students. Located on the fourth floor of the building, the Junior Achievement Finance Park experience begins with four weeks of classroom curriculum, culminating with a day at Finance Park, where students will be immersed in a reality-based, decision-making process that addresses budgeting, health care, investments, philanthropy and banking. The on-site activities allow students to execute what they learned in the classroom and provide a strong foundation to understand how to maintain a realistic personal budget.

Junior Achievement will hold a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, from 3 to 5 p.m. For more information and to RSVP for the event, please contact Julie Rosenthal at julie@jrcommunications.com.
