Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Superintendent Joshua P. Starr will present his Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 Operating Budget recommendation to the Board of Education tomorrow, Tuesday, December 9. His Board presentation will begin at 11:50 a.m. Dr. Starr will hold a media briefing after the presentation at 1:30 p.m. to discuss his recommendation and answer questions.
