All Montgomery County Public School are closed for students and teachers today, Monday, January 26, but central and school administrative offices will open 3 hours late.

Administrative personnel should report to work 3 hours later than the start of their regular work day. Liberal leave conditions are in effect. Private day care operations in schools may open at the same time as school administrative offices.

Public school transportation for special education students in private school placements is canceled.
Student and community activities in schools are canceled for today and this evening. (Classes for students were already canceled because of a scheduled professional day for teachers.)

Report card requirements for teachers originally scheduled for today have been postponed to Tuesday, January 27. All professional development programs scheduled in schools for Tuesday are canceled so that report card requirements can be completed by teachers and principals.
