A severe thunderstorm watch and a tornado watch have been issued for Montgomery County until at least 3:00 p.m. today, and a flood watch has been posted for throughout the afternoon at least until 5:00 p.m. Schools have been advised to make sure that all appropriate weather safety procedures are followed, including monitoring emergency weather updates on the NOAA weather radios. No other changes in school operations are expected.
