New MCPS Parents/guardians and, parents/guardians who did not create a parent account last year who reside at the primary address of an MCPS student(s) grades K-12 will receive a myMCPS Parent Portal activation letter in the mail. The letters will be sent to residents of students in grades 9-12 starting July 12 and, grades K-12 starting July 19. Families of students who enroll in MCPS after this initial mailing will receive an activation letter within 1 week of the student’s enrollment date.
