CyberSafety Hotline

The CyberSafety hotline and e-mail will allow students, staff and community members to report incidents or get information. 

  • Email: Report incidents to 
  • Telephone: Speak to someone directly at 301-279-3669 
    (Monday -Friday/ 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

What to include in an email report

When sending an email, please list as many details as possible.  Some important details to include: 

  • A detailed message describing the incident
  • Reason for reporting incident
  • Name and address of website (e.g.
  • Date, time and place website accessed
  • Names of individuals involved
  • Forward a copy of email(s) and other important documentation
