The five day disclosure notice letters/documents are not part of the Maryland Online IEP (MOIEP) tool but can be found on the O/SS Resource Page in the Compliance Folder.

The O/SS Resource Page works best in Internet Explorer. IEP teams are required to send home the appropriate five day letter and upload to MOIEP. Please also make sure they are added to the student’s confidential folder.
