Program Information

A special educator will be on site. The special educator will assist with accommodations during testing.

The highly concentrated programs offered in the Regional Summer School sessions make full-time attendance necessary.

  • Daily Face-to-face
    • Explanatory notes from parents are required for absences and tardies, and all cases are subject to verification by the summer school site office. Students having more than two absences or six tardies will be withdrawn and no credit, no grade, and no refund will be given.
  • Blended Learning
    • Attendance is mandatory. Students cannot receive credit if they are unable to attend all of the face-to-face classes. If a student's schedule will not allow them to attend all of the face-to-face classes, the student should not apply for the section.
  • Summer Online Pathway to Graduation
    • Students must check-in on a weekly basis at their chosen support center (chosen during the application process) and work for at least one hour. Students who miss two check-ins are removed from the program.

Classes not meeting enrollment requirements will be canceled. Students will be notified if their class is canceled and will be given the opportunity to switch to another class, site, or request a refund.

Students are expected to comply with the Student Code of Conduct. A student who is suspended for more than two days will be withdrawn from the program. No refunds will be made if a student is suspended or expelled from Regional Summer School.

  • Daily Face-to-face
    • For students who have completed a high school-level class and wish to retake the class for a higher grade.
  • Blended Learning and Summer Online Pathway to Graduation
    • Eligibility requirements differ and are course dependent.
  • Daily Face-to-face
    • Report cards will be sent by mail at the end of each session. Final grades will be recorded on student transcripts.
  • Blended Learning and Summer Online Pathway to Graduation
    • Final grades will be recorded on student transcripts at the end of the session.
