Cigna has informed the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) that Shady Grove Fertility is advising its Cigna-member patients that the healthcare provider may end its contract with Cigna as of May 31, 2024. Negotiations between Cigna and Shady Grove Fertility are underway.
