What are our goals?
Math, Reading – Improve by 1%, Move proficient scores to advanced and basic scores to proficient.

Action Plan – 1. All staff members will use differentiation strategies to move every student to a higher level. 2. Teacher will commit to developing a personal action plans focused on differentiation strategies.  It will be monitored 3 times annually. 3.  Three school actions plans developed and monitored by committee; Differentiation(leadership team) Math (math committee), Reading ( Reading Committee)

-Individuals will reflect on personal reflection on action plans
-In staff development meetings teacher data and reflections will be shared

*How will we as a school monitor our reading, math and writing? Monitoring will be done individually in teams with consultation of reading spec. SDT and administration.
