GOAL: The goal of the Italian Honor Society is to promote the study of Italian language and culture.

EVENTS:
- FORMAL INDUCTION CEREMONY IN MAY
- FUNDRAISERS
- CARNEVALE
- TUTORING Tuesdays and Thursdays G33 During Lunch
INDUCTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Complete Italian 3 Honors by the end of the year of application
- Obtain an overall A average for three semesters in Regular classes or B average in Honors classes
- Tutor a specified number of times each semester
- Attend Italian Honor Society meetings the first Wednesday of every month
- Participate in Italian Honor Society activities inside and outside of school
- Take Italian 5 or AP Italian in senior year or have taken one of them prior to senior year
Student must complete the above requirements in order to wear graduation honor cords.
