Assignment

Students will divide into groups to create an informational and creative display that explores
the contributions and theoretical applications of a personality theorist whom we have studied
in class.  Each group will highlight and discuss major contributions of your theorist to
contemporary psychology.  This information will be presented in the form of poster sessions.

Guidelines:

Informational Display/Visual:

The presentation must be done using a three-sided posterboard.  The exhibit must be a visual
representation of your research and an interpretation of your theorist's significance in the
field of psychology.  The analysis and intrepretation of your topic must be clear and evident to
the audience.  Labels and captions should be used creatively with visual images and objects
to enhance the message of your exhibit.  70 points.

Annotated Bibliography:

A minimum of 5 sources (including text) must be used and cited in correct APA format.
No more than 3 sources may be internet sources.  Be sure to include internet checklists with
your bibliography when appropriate.  An annotated bibliography summarizes the content of
your source and explains how you utilized it in your project.  15 points.
