Math Support Club
The Math Support Club is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 4pm in the Media Center. Math teachers and peer tutors are available to help students with questions from class or homework. We invite students to form small study groups with other students in the same math course and to use the Math Support Club as their meeting place.
Graphing Calculators for Algebra students
Graphing calculators are a critical component of instruction in Algebra and beyond. We highly recommend that you purchase a TI-83+ or higher graphing calculator. Students will need to bring these calculators to class every day. Students who do not wish to purchase their own calculator may borrow one from the school. MCPS Homework Hotline
is back for its 25th season on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 to 6:00pm. The ITV flagship program provides K-12 students one-on-one homework help when they call the hotline number at 301-279-3234 (Voice/TTY).
