MCPS Curriculum Overviews and Resources

Compacted Math (Middle School Math for Elementary School Students)

Math Support Club

The Math Support Club is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 4pm in the Media Center.  Math teachers and peer tutors are available to help students with questions from class or homework.  We invite students to form small study groups with other students in the same math course and to use the Math Support Club as their meeting place.

TI-83+ CalculatorGraphing Calculators for Algebra students

Graphing calculators are a critical component of instruction in Algebra and beyond.  We highly recommend that you purchase a TI-83+ or higher graphing calculator. Students will need to bring these calculators to class every day.  Students who do not wish to purchase their own calculator may borrow one from the school.  Click here to access the calculator lending agreement.
