Middle Years Programme (MYP) Updates

  • Parent volunteers needed! Each year, all of our 8th  grade students participate in an individual MYP interview with a member of the community to discuss their progress in middle school and their future plans. This year, interviews will take place in the school Media Center on June 4, 5, and 6. We need dozens of adult volunteers to make the event happen! Please consider volunteering your time as an MYP interviewer if you have flexibility in your schedule. No special qualifications or training are necessary, just a willingness to chat with some fantastic middle school students! Morning and afternoon shifts are available, and interview questions and light snacks will be provided. If you would like to learn more or volunteer as an interviewer, please visit  http://signup.com/go/Zredmkc  or contact the MYP Coordinator, Ms. Krista Fiabane, at Krista_R_Fiabane@mcpsmd.org
