Membership in the Westbrook Elementary School PTA is open to all parents, teachers and other citizens in the community who subscribe to the objectives of the PTA.  Only members whose dues are currently paid may have the privilege of voting and conducting the business of the Association, but all members of the community are welcome to attend all meetings and functions.  PTA meetings are usually held the first Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Media Center or All Purpose Room.
