About Wayside

Wayside Elementary School opened in 1969. Our school is part of the Winston Churchill High School cluster in the Montgomery County Public School sytem in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Our Mission

Wayside Elementary School will meet the needs of all students as it promotes academic excellence through effective communication, rigorous instruction, and collaborative teaming in a safe, nurturing environment.

Our Mascot

Our mascot is the dolphin. Our school colors are blue and white.
