Jump Start to Reading
(Staff and Student Reading/Discussion Groups)
• Students will log onto WMHS Reads view the video, and then choose a reading selection.
• Students will get their chosen reading selection from the Watkins Mill High School media center or the Montgomery County public libraries. Students may also purchase books at a local bookstore or on-line.
• Students will read their selection.
• Students will complete the 1-2 page writing assignment. Assignments are found once students choose a reading selection.
