Objective:
  Students will reserach a native French speaker. The student will conduct research about their subject using books, other library resources and/or the Internet. The student will create and presennt a multimedia presentation (in English) using Powerpoint that will prove that their subject is either a positive or negative role model for young people.

Use library books, other resources and the Internet to gather research and pictures of your subject

Using Powerpoint, create a multimedia presentation about your subject. The presentation should include:

 
   

Six (6) Powerpoint slides:

  • One slide to introduce your biographical subject, including a title for your presentation.
  • Three slides to present important and unusual information about your subject's life that proves that he/she is either a positive or negative role model.
  • One slide to summarize your findgs and conclude your prsentation.
  • One slide that contains a bibliography of your sources.

At least two pictures of your biography subject.

Any additional creative and artistic touces to liven up the presentation.

The three information slides should include:

 
   

a breif description of your subject (why they are well known)

a brief history of that person's life: and

proof that this person is a positive or negative role model and why.

In addition to the multimedia presentation, ech person will provide an oral explanation to go along with their technology project.
