Do you want to make a difference? Do you want to have fun while learning the
skills you need to have a voice in our society? If so, then the Blue Devil
Action Society is for you! We are a student leadership group that will
decide on at least one issue of social justice and/or global sustainability
to address in our community. We will then build a project around that issue
that involves not only service, but also community outreach, awareness
building, and policy research. Society members who are interested will be
invited to attend part of the National Youth Leadership Council "Youth for a
Change" Conference in Minneapolis, MN April 9-12, 2008 with Julia Van Alst
(members are not required to attend this event).
